O’Shea Solutions Group LLC Background
Amy O’Shea is the founder and licensed residential builder behind O’Shea Solutions Group, LLC, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience and vision to every project. After 23 years in the automotive industry, Amy turned her passion for design and renovation into a full-time mission to help families live more safely, beautifully, and independently in their homes.
In 2019, she became a state-certified builder in Michigan and later earned her Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation, equipping her with the tools to design and implement thoughtful, functional spaces for seniors and individuals with mobility needs.
Amy is known for her approachable, solutions-oriented style and her deep commitment to both craftsmanship and community. A dedicated board member of the St. John Hospital Foundation and other civic organizations, she continues to advocate for safe, stylish living spaces—especially for those planning to age in place.
She lives in Grosse Pointe Farms with her husband Tim and their three dogs, bringing warmth, creativity, and real-world practicality to every home she touches.
